Academic Services Agreement

Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement establishing the regulatory framework applicable to the relationship between GAMMA XG (hereinafter, "the Study Group") and the contracting student and/or guardian (hereinafter, "the User"). Submitting the enrollment form and subsequently paying the corresponding fees implies the irrevocable, full, and express acceptance of all the provisions detailed below.

01. Economic and Financial Terms

The provision of educational services is strictly subject to the User's fulfillment of the following economic obligations:

Nature of Payment: Every program, course, or academic package offered by the Study Group is governed exclusively under the modality of a single, full, upfront, and non-conditional payment. The Study Group reserves the right to decline enrollments that attempt to split the fee or make it contingent on future events.

Deadlines and Expiration: Payments must be made without exception by the deadlines stipulated on the platform. Failure to meet this deadline results in the automatic cancellation of the spot request, without prior notice.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Given the nature of the services and the advance allocation of teaching resources, no refund, chargeback, or reimbursement of money will proceed under any circumstance (including, but not limited to: voluntary withdrawal, prolonged absences, the User's connectivity issues, illness, changes to the official admission calendar, or fortuitous events or force majeure).

02. Methodology, Attendance, and Intellectual Property

The contracted service requires a two-way commitment to guarantee the proposed academic excellence standards:

Attendance and Punctuality: It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User to attend scheduled sessions punctually. The Study Group will not offer rescheduling, remedial tutoring, or makeup classes arising from the student's absences or tardiness.
Copyright Protection: All academic material provided (slides, handouts, question banks, mock exams, practice guides) is the exclusive intellectual property of GAMMA XG. Its reproduction, distribution, commercialization, transfer to third parties, or publication in any physical or digital medium without the prior, express, written consent of the Study Group is strictly prohibited.

03. Code of Ethics and Grounds for Unilateral Termination

The Study Group reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement and proceed with the immediate and definitive EXPULSION of the User, who will lose access to the platform and any right to claim or reimbursement, in the event of the following serious misconduct:

Verbal abuse, harassment, acts of discrimination, defamation, or any disrespectful conduct directed at teaching staff, administrative personnel, or fellow students.
Screenshots, audio or video recording, and/or unauthorized leaking of live sessions or exclusive study materials.
Identity impersonation in mock exams, evaluations, or when accessing class links.
Any conduct aimed at the technical sabotage of the digital platforms used by the Study Group.

04. Personal Data Processing

In accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Peru, and its Regulations, the User grants express and unequivocal consent for GAMMA XG to collect, store, process, and use the personal data provided in the enrollment form for strictly academic, administrative, and direct communication purposes. The Study Group guarantees the confidentiality of such information, and undertakes not to transfer it to third parties unrelated to the operation of the program.

05. Institutional Liability Disclaimer and Brand Use

Legal Disclaimer Clause: GAMMA XG is an independent academic preparation initiative. It is expressly and publicly stated that GAMMA XG is NOT an official entity, is NOT a branch, subsidiary, or affiliated pre-university center, and does not maintain any institutional, legal, contractual, corporate, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with Universidad del Pacífico. Any mention of the name, curriculum, admission processes, or professors of said university is made under the right to information and for strictly descriptive, referential, and preparatory purposes. Contracting our services does not assure or guarantee admission to the aforementioned university, the final outcome being the sole responsibility of the applicant's individual performance.
