Pre Pacífico School

Curriculum

Evaluation is based on your performance in the following core courses:

Mathematics
Language
Writing
Computing
Critical Reading (Literature, History, and Philosophy)

Exclusive Benefit

Selected students will validate the remedial courses in Mathematics, Language, and Computing in their first university term.

Minimum Grade
11

You will obtain "Selected" status if you pass every subject with a minimum grade of 11. Evaluation is continuous.

Conditions and Documents

Profile Requirements

  • Be a student in the final year of high school, or a high school graduate.
  • Be under 22 years old at the time of enrollment.
  • Not have been previously withdrawn from UP.

Digital Documentation

  • National ID: Foreigners: valid foreign resident card or passport.
  • Digital photo: Color, facing forward, dark clothing, white background, no glasses or hats.

Evaluation and Results

Published results will only indicate whether the applicant obtained a status of "Selected" or "Not selected."

If you receive "Not Selected"

The applicant will have the following options available:

  • Take the Regular Admission Exam.
  • Retake Pre Pacífico (meeting the requirements).

  • Formalization: Dec 16, 2026

Formalizing Your Admission

UP will hold your spot as long as you confirm the formalization of your admission and enrollment with the required documents.

  • Photocopy of National ID, foreign resident card, or valid passport (both sides).
  • Original transcript (1st to 5th year) or Learning Achievement Certificate (CLA).
  • English certificate recognized by the University (original and simple copy)*.

* Check the official list in the Selected Applicant Guide. If you do not have the certificate, you may submit it later during your studies.
